Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and agency growth.
Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide personalized recommendations to meet client needs.
Oversee and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with agency departments as needed.
Leverage your expertise in our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in insurance sales or account management.
Valid Florida 220 license required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable and confident engaging in sales conversations.
COMPENSATION Salary and commission are competitive and commensurate with experience.
