The Opportunity
This is a hybrid role where you will manage 3 Territory Sales Managers who are in a “boots-on-the-ground” hunter role focused on driving new business within commercial construction and infrastructure accounts, while also carrying your own personal sales quota. Manage and Support 3 TSM’s Prospect active construction job sites Build relationships with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Safety leaders Generate and close recurring rental-based contracts Develop and expand your assigned territory This is a field-driven role — ideal for someone who enjoys being out on sites, creating their own pipeline, and controlling their earnings while also leading a team.
