
Strategic Sales Assistant / Coordinator

What you’ll do Deal Orchestration & Project Management
Own internal coordination for complex enterprise deals from late‑stage pipeline through close
Build and manage detailed deal timelines, milestones, and cross‑functional workstreams
Track action items across Legal, Finance, Product, Security, Compliance, and Implementation teams
Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks and escape with clear, recommended solutions
Ensure all required inputs are delivered on time and to a high standard to preserve deal momentum
Executive & Client‑Facing Communication
Draft polished, client‑ready communications, summaries, and presentations
Join client calls as needed and represent the organization with professionalism and executive presence
Translate complex internal conversations into clear, concise external messaging
Capture detailed meeting notes and ensure timely follow‑through on all commitments
Operational Excellence
Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure strong deal hygiene across the pipeline
Assist with contract routing, redlining coordination, pricing approvals, and internal sign‑offs
Prepare internal deal memos, executive briefings, and decision‑support materials
Coordinate RFP responses and security questionnaires when applicable
Support forecasting updates and pipeline visibility for leadership
Strategic Enablement
Develop repeatable processes and workflows that improve sales velocity and execution
Create internal playbooks, templates, and tools to streamline cross‑functional collaboration
Surface insights and patterns that help improve deal strategy and execution
Act as a thought partner to Strategic Sellers on deal positioning and next steps
Who you are
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
Advanced organizational and project management capabilities
Meticulous attention to detail and follow‑through
Ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum
High discretion, sound judgment, and trustworthiness
Preferred Background
2–5+ years of experience in sales operations, consulting, project management, enablement, executive support, or client‑facing coordination
Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Exposure to contract workflows, pricing approvals, and cross‑functional deal processes

Compensation: $77,000–$80,000 Base | $82,000–$85,000 OTE Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
