Construction Superintendent

Construction company seeks a Superintendent with real-life experience. Our office is in Pasadena, and our work spans Los Angeles County. This full-time Superintendent and Project Manager position at ATP Development Construction will be responsible for daily operations. The Superintendent will also coordinate with the internal team for project management and provide excellent customer service. Must Have Qualification: MUST BE LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES. 7+ years of experience Must be able to understand, read, and break down architectural and engineering Plans. Must have a working phone and a laptop Must be computer savvy, with Excel and Google! Must have a car Knowledge of the construction industry and processes Problem-solving and decision-making skills Background in architecture/engineering Experience with AutoCAD/Revit Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with building codes; Additional, but required, experience with LADBS (Los Angeles Building Management System).
