Construction company seeks a Superintendent with real-life experience. Our office is in Pasadena, and our work spans Los Angeles County. This full-time Superintendent and Project Manager position at ATP Development Construction will be responsible for daily operations. The Superintendent will also coordinate with the internal team for project management and provide excellent customer service.

Manage daily operations on construction projects in Los Angeles County; office located in Pasadena.
Coordinate with the internal team for project management activities.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience
Ability to understand, read, and break down architectural and engineering plans
Working phone and laptop
Proficient with Excel and Google tools
Valid driver’s license and car
Knowledge of the construction industry and processes
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Background in architecture/engineering
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience with building codes
Experience with LADBS (Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety)
Spanish speaker
