Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Ashland, OH
Pay: $20–$21 per hour
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and customer focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes for pumping equipment, processing orders, and providing excellent support via phone and email. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and emails requesting quotes
Look up pricing and prepare accurate quotes
Enter customer orders into the system accurately
Track and expedite orders as needed
Follow up with customers on order status
Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely processing
Maintain accurate customer records
Provide professional and friendly customer support
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of customer service experience required
Prefer customer service experience be in a manufacturing setting
Inside sales experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and learning internal software systems
