Job Summary
This position is in the Provider Relations Department (PDD), Data, Quality, and Compliance Administration (DQCA), with the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH). Duties And Responsibilities
The incumbent of this position is responsible for monitoring, identifying and providing technical assistance to individuals with Provider of Behavioral Health Services, mental health, and substance use disorders. Serves as a single point of contact for providers who need technical assistance and/or problem resolution. Identifies the needs of providers for service and provides and/or coordinates technical assistance to assigned providers. Provides regular opportunities for providers to work collaboratively on mental health and substance use disorder issues. Establishes and maintains databases and tracking systems appropriate to the activities of the position. Provides input to Request for Proposals (RFP) and contracting process. Participates in RFP reviews and identifies strategies to support existing and new program activities. Develops and provides training to DBH Providers. Collaborates with staff of clinical services, community services, operations and consumer, and Family Affairs Administrations. Qualifications And Experience
Candidates must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level. Specialized experience experiences, which have equipped the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position to be filled. Worksite

Career Service - Permanent Residency Requirement
