Woods Machinery is a second-generation, family-owned equipment dealership representing Bobcat, Morbark/Rayco, Finn, Wacker Neuson, and other industry-leading brands. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in Monmouth & Ocean Counties.
If you enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, and selling top-tier equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a strong book of business with a trusted dealer.
What You'll Do:
Manage and grow a protected sales territory
Call on contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and industrial customers
Sell compact equipment, attachments and rentals
Conduct on‑site visits, demos, and follow‑ups
Prepare quotes and close deals
Maintain relationships and provide high‑touch support
What We're Looking For:
Experience in equipment, construction, landscaping, truck, or similar sales
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Motivated, self‑starter mindset
Ability to manage a territory independently
Valid driver's license
