Sales Manager / Chemical Trader (m/f/d) – Poland (Warsaw or Remote)
We are a medium-sized international trading company specializing in paraffin wax, paraffin oils, and chemical raw materials. We serve as a strategic link between Western and Eastern European markets and maintain long-term partnerships with refineries and industrial customers.
To strengthen our expansion in Poland, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated
Sales Manager / Trader (m/f/d)
with strong market knowledge and an independent working style.
Tasks Your responsibilities
Develop and expand sales of paraffin wax and chemical products in the Polish market
Identify and acquire new industrial customers
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Conduct offer preparation, price negotiations, and contract finalization
Develop relationships with refineries and suppliers
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Represent the company in commercial negotiations
Requirements Your profile
Sales experience, ideally in chemicals, petrochemicals, wax, or related industries
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive attitude
Excellent Polish and English skills (mandatory)
German or Russian is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Poland
Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage
