The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales process as the key product subject matter expert and acts a strategic technical advisor. They support the wider Commercial team to shape client strategies, mentor others in the team and collaborate with leadership to expand market presence. Please note: This role is a position that involves travel, you should have the ability to travel 50% of time, including international travel. Responsibilities
Deliver high-impact presentations and tailored demonstrations for all level of stakeholders at client organizations, industry conferences and strategic events. Configure product demonstrations; maintain demo scripts, demo laptops and documentation. Design and validate solution architectures aligned with client business objectives and regulatory requirements. Partner with sales leadership to develop competitive strategies, address technical objections and close high-value deals. Provide insights to product management and strategy and teams based on emerging trends and client feedback to guide roadmap decisions. Oversee technical contributions to RFIs/RFP, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance standards. Work collaboratively with other specialists, fostering technical excellence and best practices across the team. Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently. Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Experience in providing solution sales support for an enterprise software platform, preferably data management / information management solutions in the life sciences industry. Familiarity with early-stage development, pre-clinical operations, and industry standards. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives A solid technical background; able to configure specific customer requirements and articulate product architecture, platform capabilities and detailed functionality to IT staff.
