Nour Solar is a residential solar provider serving Northern California. As an official partner of the Sacramento Kings and Sacramento River Cats, our team represents the company at high-traffic retail locations, sporting events, trade shows, and community festivals.
We are seeking confident, outgoing individuals to join our Lead Generation team.
This is a face-to-face marketing role. If you’re comfortable starting conversations and enjoy performance-based pay, this is a strong earning opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Engage homeowners at malls, events, and vendor booths
Educate the public about residential solar programs
Schedule qualified homeowners for consultations using company-provided resources
Maintain a monthly appointment quota (15+ appointments)
Represent the company professionally at all times
You will not be responsible for closing sales. Sales consultations are conducted by our closing team. You earn commission when appointments you set result in a closed project.
Compensation:
$17/hour base pay
20% commission on closed projects generated from appointments you set using company resources (based on gross project revenue)
40% commission on closed self-generated projects (SGR)
Uncapped earning potential
This structure rewards performance and consistency. High performers significantly increase their income through commission.
Qualifications:
Outgoing and confident communicator
Comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversations
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Weekend availability required
Reliable transportation
Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred

You are uncomfortable approaching and starting conversations with strangers
You prefer a behind-the-scenes or desk-based role
You are not motivated by performance-based pay
You are unavailable on weekends
