JR59041# **Community Liaison / Marketing Director (Assisted Living)**## Position OverviewCranberry Court Assisted Living is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Community Liaison / Marketing Director with a strong background in assisted living to lead census growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic community partnerships to generate private pay referrals, increase occupancy, and strengthen our presence in the local market.The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, and well-connected within the senior care industry, with a proven track record of building referral pipelines and closing move-ins.## Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan focused on increasing private pay census* Build and maintain strong relationships with:
+ Hospitals and discharge planners
+ Skilled nursing facilities
+ Physicians and clinics
+ Home health and hospice agencies
+ Senior centers and community organizations
+ Financial planners and elder law attorneys* Conduct regular in-person visits, networking meetings, and community outreach events* Identify and target high-quality private pay referral sources* Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, and professional meetings* Track referral sources, follow-ups, and conversion metrics* Coordinate tours and work closely with the Executive Director to close admissions* Maintain knowledge of competitors and local market trends* Ensure messaging aligns with the community’s brand and values## Qualifications* Required: Minimum 2–3 years of marketing or liaison experience specifically in assisted living, senior living, or long-term care* Proven success increasing occupancy and generating private pay referrals* Strong understanding of senior care levels of service and payer sources* Established network within the local healthcare and senior services community preferred* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills* Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up abilities* Ability to track and report marketing performance metrics* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation## Preferred Skills & Traits* Results-driven and census-focused mindset* Confident networker with professional presence* Strategic thinker who can identify untapped referral opportunities* Comfortable working independently and managing a territory* Compassionate and mission-oriented## Compensation* Competitive base salary* Performance-based bonus structure tied to census growth and private pay move-ins* BenefitsThe employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
