Overview Paramount Streaming is seeking a Production Designer with 3+ years of experience to support the creation and execution of high-volume digital art assets for Paramount+, Pluto TV, and global partners. This role is highly execution-focused and requires robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working within established templates and specifications in a dynamic production environment.
The ideal candidate is receptive to creative direction, proactive in implementing feedback, and skilled at producing consistent, on-brand assets across multiple platforms and formats.
Responsibilities
Produce a steady stream of digital assets for Paramount+, Pluto TV, and global partners
Execute artwork using production templates while adhering to platform-specific specs and requirements
Perform photo retouching, artwork manipulation, and image extensions using Photoshop and AI‑assisted tools
Collaborate closely with other Production Designers while also working autonomously
Ensure all assets meet brand standards, quality expectations, and delivery timelines
Adapt quickly as priorities and deadlines shift
Basic Qualifications
3+ Years of experience
A solid portfolio demonstrating digital production design, photo retouching, and artwork manipulation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Frame.io, and Firefly
Solid comprehension of layout, typography, and visual framework
Bonus Skills
Experience extending imagery and creating depth using lighting and shadow techniques
Knowledge using both manual and GenAI‑assisted tools within production workflows
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to receive feedback and implement revisions skillfully
Clear communication skills in both in‑person and remote environments
Interest for digital products, design, and evolving creative technology
Willingness to support occasional overtime as needed, sometimes with short notice
Additional Information Hiring Salary Range: $64,800.00 – $90,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
