Digital Business Analyst Full-time Digital Business Analyst role focused on using data to optimize ecommerce and omni-channel performance. You’ll turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive growth, improve customer experience, and support decision-making across digital teams.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain reports and dashboards in GA4 and Power BI.

Develop a roadmap for analytics, including KPIs, testing, and data governance.

Plan and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and app.

Partner with marketing, product, merchandising, and technology teams to translate needs into insights.

Support CRM, CDP, and customer data initiatives (segmentation, personalization, lifecycle).

Combine data from multiple platforms to create executive-ready dashboards.

Identify and resolve gaps in data capture, tagging, and attribution.

Analyze customer behavior across channels and present recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field; advanced analytics education a plus.

2+ years in business intelligence/analytics or retail technology.

3+ years in a digital or ecommerce environment.

Hands‑on GA4 experience; app analytics preferred.

SQL experience with data warehouses or lakes.

Power BI experience required; other BI tools a plus.

Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.

Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior leaders.
