Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Media Buyer (CTV)
with a strong background in video advertising and Connected TV media buying.
This is a hands‑on role focused on scaling and optimizing video campaigns across Connected TV (CTV), OTT, YouTube, and programmatic video platforms. You will own performance outcomes, manage meaningful ad spend, and work closely with analytics and creative teams to continuously improve campaign results.

based at our Tampa headquarters, working alongside marketing leadership and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize large‑scale video advertising campaigns across Connected TV (CTV), OTT, Programmatic Video, and YouTube
Own campaign performance end‑to‑end, including pacing, spend efficiency, ROI, and optimization decisions
Analyze video creative performance, audience targeting, and placements to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with creative teams to guide video messaging, testing, and iteration
Monitor campaign performance daily and make confident, independent optimization decisions
Assist with attribution, conversion tracking, reporting, and performance insights for leadership
Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on media buying experience with a strong emphasis on video advertising
Direct experience managing Connected TV (CTV), OTT, Programmatic Video, or YouTube ad campaigns
Proven experience managing significant monthly video ad budgets
Strong understanding of video KPIs, attribution models, and optimization strategies
Experience working in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments
Ability to take ownership of high‑impact decisions independently
Preferred Qualifications
Background in direct‑response or lead generation marketing
Experience in insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries (a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
