About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you’ll help contribute to our organization's marketing and social media efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in helping the Chief Marketing Officer manage the company social media pages, and website content along with organizing and attending industry trade-show events. You’ll be part of a close-knit team where your contributions are noticed and valued.
What You’ll Do Marketing & Social Media
Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting content across company social media channels
Support marketing campaigns and company initiatives to promote services and brand visibility
Help prepare presentations, event materials, and trade show support items
Plan and coordinate company outings, team-building activities, trade shows, job fairs, and organizing the sales team's participation in association events
Assist with setup and participate in trade shows, including booth prep and onsite support
Source and order marketing materials and customer appreciation gifts
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of relevant marketing or professional social media experience
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
