Your Role as Assistant Director: As the
Assistant Director , you’ll partner with the Center Director to ensure smooth operations and exceptional quality in our early learning program. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting teachers with
curriculum planning and classroom organization
Ensuring
compliance
with state licensing and safety standards
Assisting with
enrollment, family communication, and tours
Promoting a
positive, professional environment
for staff and families
Encouraging
teamwork, creativity, and excellence
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field.
MUST be MO Director Qualified for 100 plus children.
Previous leadership experience
in a licensed childcare setting
