We're growing fast and need someone to own our social media presence.

The Role You’ll own social media for BusinessRate across all platforms. This isn’t a “schedule some posts and call it a day” role—we want someone who can build an audience, create content that gets engagement, and turn social into a real channel for brand awareness and lead generation.

You’ll be the voice of BusinessRate online. This is an in‑office role located in Chandler, AZ.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X

Create and publish content daily—posts, graphics, short‑form video, stories

Build and engage our audience through comments, DMs, and community interaction

Monitor trends in reputation management, local business, and small business marketing

Track performance metrics and report on what’s working (and what’s not)

Collaborate with sales and marketing to support campaigns and promotions

Manage our content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule

Stay current on platform algorithms, features, and best practices

What You Bring

3+ years of hands‑on social media management experience (not just personal accounts)

Proven track record of growing audience and engagement for a brand

Strong writing skills—you can write punchy, scroll‑stopping copy

Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

Comfortable with short‑form video (Reels, TikTok‑style content)

Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools

Self‑starter who can own a function without constant direction

Bonus: Experience in B2B, SaaS, or marketing to small business owners

What We Offer

Competitive salary ($55,000 – $65,000 depending on experience)
