Responsibilities
Asset Accountability of Cell Phones, Smart Phones, Iridium Satellite Phone, Land Line Phones, Multi-function Devices (MFD), Multi-function Printers (MFP), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Non-Networked Printers, and peripheral devices.
Reconcile Monthly reports, usage, and activity reports.
Maintaining a trouble ticket log for tracking.
Process Move, Add, Change (MAC) requests.
Maintain a real-time inventory of all assets and conduct bi-annual inventories off all Fleet and Shore assets.
Here's what you need:
Working knowledge of use and employment of all assets
Microsoft Office
PC Operations and Technology
Customer service
Four (4) years of asset management
Bonus points if you have:
4+ Years Experience supporting and managing US Navy telecom/print assets.
Supporting US Navy personnel
Security Clearance:
Active Secret Clearance in DISS required
Education:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field.

Onsite, US Naval Air Station, North Island, CA
