Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities for data center projects from sitework through commissioning and turnover. Maintain and drive overall project schedule; proactively identify and resolve conflicts. Oversee all safety protocols and cultivate a culture of zero incidents. Coordinate and manage all subcontractors, field engineers, and craft labor. Partner with internal design-build teams to troubleshoot constructability issues early. Ensure project quality standards, specifications, and client expectations are met or exceeded. Interface with the client’s field team, commissioning agents, and QA/QC personnel. Produce daily reports, lead site meetings, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders. Mentor junior supers and contribute to developing strong field leadership bench strength. Requirements
10+ years of experience in field supervision with a general contractor. Strong background in mission critical/data center, industrial, tilt-wall, metal panel, or large commercial projects. Experience leading projects $50M–$250M+ preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage fast-track schedules and complex MEP-heavy scopes. Experience with raised floor construction. Experience in delivering electrical power requirements to data centers Willingness to travel full-time (travel package provided). Strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style. Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000/yearly (dependent on years of experience, competency, travel requirements) Employee Benefits
