The Single Family Housing Office (Office) uses available funding to deliver programs & resources that expand access to homeownership opportunities for first-time homebuyers & low- to moderate-income households throughout Ohio. The Office also promotes & fosters the sustainability of homeownership through programs & resources within & outside OHFA.
Job Description The Office of Single Family Housing, Residential Lending Division is looking for a dedicated Housing Development Analyst who will:
Review new loan package submissions
Verify mortgage documents uploaded by lenders against records held by OHFA
Request lender correct &/or provide correct information if inconsistencies or errors are found
Respond to routine questions from lenders about requirements of programs & statuses of loans that have been submitted

Qualifications To receive further consideration, an applicant must demonstrate on their application how they meet the following qualifications:
24 months training or 24 months experience in researching housing loan & grant programs.
OR completion of undergraduate core program in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or public administration.
OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
A successful candidate will possess the following Characteristics and Job Skills:
Accounting & Finance, Real Estate, Economics and Development, Housing, Interpreting Financial Statements, Attention to Detail, Priority Setting, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Analyzation.
Supplemental Information Background Requirements
The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. Criminal convictions do not necessarily preclude an applicant from consideration for a position.
