What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make outbound calls to patients interested in the OmniPod System
Handle inbound calls from patients generated through physicians’ offices and marketing programs
Introduce the sales team process to prospective patients
Utilize product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and facilitate the sales cycle
Generate sales-qualified leads by converting marketing-generated leads
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate's Degree
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with a normal office environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
BA/BS Degree
Spanish fluency
Experience in medical software (EMR/PM)
Experience in a medical practice
Salesforce/CRM competency
