A South Florida–based general contractor with over 30 years of experience in the construction market. Headquartered in the Palm Beach County area, the firm specializes in Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Mid- to High-Rise Commercial, Educational, Hospitality, and Public Sector projects exceeding (Mid to large scale projects $10-$100M)

Your New Role As an Estimator, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of accurate and comprehensive estimates throughout all phases of project design.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors to plan project cost factors

Reviewing construction documents, specifications, and proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates

Participating in negotiations and client presentations

Managing all CSI divisions

What You'll Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience

Experience estimating projects for a general contractor, or strong related construction experience

5–15 years of experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Preconstruction Manager

5+ years of commercial construction experience (ground‑up and renovation)

Proficiency with Takeoff/Estimating software (OST, Bluebeam, etc.)

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage teams

Strong negotiation skills

What You'll Get in Return You will receive a competitive base salary ranging from

$100,000–$150,000

depending on seniority, along with comprehensive benefits, bonuses, and additional incentives.
