Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator based in Mooresville, NC. The primary responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for construction projects, and analyzing project requirements. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and successful project proposal execution.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing Quantity Take-offs
Strong expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting
Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with relevant software for estimating and project management
Experience in commercial construction is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
