V97612## **Here is what you need to know about the job:**We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer – Childrenswear to lead and manage design across established childrenswear brands supported within our global vendor platform. This role will drive seasonal design direction across all categories while serving as the primary U.S.-based design partner supporting collaboration between brand stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.In addition to leading design execution, this position plays a key role in ensuring clear communication and alignment between brands, product development, technical teams, and overseas partners to successfully bring collections from concept through production.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead seasonal design and development across childrenswear apparel and accessories categories for all genders, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetic, customer expectations, and pricing requirements.* Manage monthly deliveries and seasonal assortments from concept through final production.* Create 3D sketches, colorways, graphics, prints, and trim concepts using Adobe Creative Suite and proprietary AI design tools.* Develop detailed tech packs and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in Excel, including construction details, print placement, techniques, and material specifications.* Partner closely with Product Development and Technical Design teams overseas, updating and refining technical packages throughout development.* Maintain accurate line sheets and tracking tools for proposed, adopted, and finalized styles.* Prepare and present seasonal concepts, design direction, and sample assortments to brand leadership.* Lead sample review processes and communicate feedback, revisions, and approvals clearly to cross-functional partners to ensure accurate execution.* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend reporting aligned with brand identity and seasonal direction.* Support physical sample presentations and travel as needed for brand meetings and reviews.* Manage multiple brands, categories, and seasonal timelines simultaneously while meeting key milestones and delivery deadlines.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.* 6–10 years of childrenswear design experience across multiple product categories.* Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrication, graphics, and print development.* Experience working with global development teams and overseas vendors.* Proven ability to manage multiple brands and seasonal calendars.* Strong presentation and communication skills with brand-facing experience.* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Excel; experience with AI design tools a plus.* Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.**Compensation & Benefits*** Annual base salary range: $130,000 – $140,000
