W2 Only. 2 Positions.
Overview Two Digital Marketing roles: Automated Notifications DDM (#1) and Guest Account/Product Marketing DDM (#2).
Responsibilities
#1 Automated Notifications DDM
– Focus on refreshing/rebranding and cleaning up email templates within the automated communications program. Support the operational strategy, understand CRM payload translation, and work closely with product teams on lifecycle building. Assist the Trigger Program in Adobe Journey Optimization (AJO) by navigating AJO, reviewing trigger logic, testing, and strategizing adjustments.
#2 Guest Account/Product Marketing DDM
– Focus on strategic development of the guest account experience, SMS/Text messaging strategy, and SMS/Texting Lifecycle. Promote guest accounts, simplify the process, communicate benefits, and ensure guest data privacy. Represent the project to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years marketing experience; Travel & Hospitality preferred but not required.
CRM strategy development across email, lead generation, mobile, and social.
Direct Marketing experience with complex programs, automation, segmentation, and targeting.
Success in email marketing from concept to completion (3+ years).
Experience analyzing reports to measure success and formulate recommendations (3+ years).
Understanding of email best practices, response optimization, and deliverability (3+ years).
Strong blend of strategic and hands‑on execution; thrives in early‑stage environments.
Superior communication, project management, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated initiative and drive to move projects forward in ambiguous contexts.
