Position Overview We have an immediate need for a talented Email Marketing Coordinator to create and manage our internal email marketing campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective email marketing campaigns for all TGM clients.

Craft email marketing strategies, automations, and flows.

Create automated brand awareness, add‑to‑cart, and post‑purchase email flows.

Present strategy and results on client calls (US clients, English required).

Understand campaign objectives and set reasonable objectives and campaign goals.

Ensure that the finished project meets campaign goals while exceeding the industry’s best practices.

Track important email metrics and performance data (e.g., conversion rates, click‑through rates, and open rates).

Suggest recommendations for increased performance.

Develop and implement email automation.

Create and maintain a trigger email program that reacts to the customer lifecycle and helps to maximize sales.

Evolve the email program to stay a step ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

1–2+ years of Email Marketing and Deliverability, or ISP/ESP industry experience.

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices of the email industry.

Experience with campaign management, including segmentation, development of house files, campaign creative asset development, testing, statistical significance testing, reporting, and analysis.

Proficiency with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Quick learning ability for new technology platforms.

Compensation Hourly pay plus two bonuses a year USD. Completely remote.
