
The Campaign Coordinator supports the execution of First Tactical’s retention marketing programs. This role is responsible for building campaigns, defining audiences, managing automations, and supporting reporting across email and SMS channels.
While this role supports broader campaign initiatives, its primary focus is ensuring retention marketing is executed accurately, consistently, and at scale. The Campaign Coordinator is a hands‑on operator who translates campaign strategy into working logic inside Attentive.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and launch email and SMS campaigns in Attentive
Create and manage audience segments based on campaign goals
Configure campaign logic, triggers, and exclusions
Build, test, and maintain automated flows
Ensure campaigns follow brand, compliance, and messaging standards
QA all campaigns prior to launch to prevent errors
Maintain the retention campaign calendar in coordination with the Marketing Manager
Assist with A/B testing execution and documentation
Support performance tracking and reporting for email and SMS
Maintain consistency across email and SMS touchpoints
Support broader campaign execution by ensuring email/SMS aligns with:
Website promotions
Social and retail initiatives
Sales and key account programs
Coordinate with Creative and Ecommerce to ensure assets and links are correct
Maintain documentation of retention workflows and automations
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, targeting, or performance
Assist in refining segmentation and lifecycle strategies over time
Perform other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
1–4 years of experience in email and/or SMS marketing
Hands‑on experience with Attentive or similar platforms
Strong understanding of segmentation and automation logic
Detail‑oriented and process‑driven
Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
Clear written communication skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK CONDITIONS
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
Frequent use of design software requiring visual focus and manual dexterity
Regular communication with team members via meetings, email, and messaging platforms
Occasional lifting of light materials (up to 20 pounds)
Limited travel may be required for events, production meetings, or trade shows
