This is a full-time hybrid role as a Mortgage Operations Specialist located in the Ward Village neighborhood of Honolulu, with some work-from-home flexibility. Candidates from the Neighbor Islands, AZ, NV, OR and WA will be considered for a fully remote role.
The Mortgage Operations Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as processing mortgage applications, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working closely with internal teams to manage operational workflows. The role involves monitoring loan applications, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to the optimization of mortgage processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Strong Analytical Skills to review financial documents and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations. Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal team members. Operations Management skills to proactively manage our pipeline to ensure smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications for on-time closings. Proficiency in Project Management to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Proven experience with mortgage loan processing and moderate proficiency with MS excel is a must.
