Our client is seeking a highly hands‑on Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance Salesforce applications supporting healthcare claims processing and enterprise integrations. This role is fully development‑focused (not admin‑oriented) and involves planning, requirements analysis, and collaborative delivery within a team‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and Lightning Web Components
Build and support Apex classes, triggers, flows, and REST API integrations
Troubleshoot day to day issues and production defects across multiple environments
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Participate in planning, collaboration, documentation, and cross‑functional delivery
Contribute to unit testing, automated testing efforts, and deployment support
Must Have Qualifications
5+ years
of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
Strong experience with:
Apex (classes, triggers)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
REST API integrations
Salesforce data modeling & OOP
Cloud computing environments
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and version control (Git/SVN)
Strong communication skills and collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
Nice to Have Skills
Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
Agentforce / AI‑powered Salesforce features
CI/CD tools (Copado or similar)
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Healthcare or insurance industry experience
Multi‑cloud or AWS exposure
Salesforce reporting and dashboards
