We're hiring a
Genesys Cloud
Developer
to join our team in
Columbia, SC . This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.
Skills & Qualifications:
6 years-of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience
Proficiency in Genesys Cloud
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and service integrations
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred
Familiarity with lucid charts or other workflow modeling tools is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of advanced Genesys Cloud Architect workflows (IVR, digital, routing, NLU‑driven call flows)
Produce high‑quality technical and functional documentation, including FRDs, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications
Configure digital channels, including SMS and chat
Support call centers (call flows and CCaSS platform)
Participate in and/or lead discovery and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or other job‑related degree
Genesys certifications, such as Genesys Cloud CX Developer (CCX GCD) or Genesys Cloud CX Architect (GCX ARC) are nice to have
The hourly rate for this position is $57.34.
