
We are hiring a
Community Association Manager
to oversee a portfolio of 10 to 20 condominium and homeowner’s associations, managing between 800 and 2,000 units. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and administration of assigned properties, working closely with board members, homeowners, vendors, and on‑site staff. The position requires a combination of office‑based administrative duties and fieldwork, including property inspections, contractor coordination, and board meetings.
Pay ranges from $70–$75k per year with full benefits including 401(k), HSA medical insurance, and more!
Key Responsibilities of the Community Association Manager:
Manage day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of assigned community associations.
Supervise on‑site employees and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects, vendor contracts, and bidding processes.
Conduct routine property inspections and ensure compliance with association rules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors.
Prepare and present reports, meeting agendas, and bid summaries to the board.
Assist in enforcing association rules and regulations, issuing violation notices as needed.
Oversee financial matters, including budget preparation and contract management.
Ensure compliance with association governing documents, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Utilize management software (Vantaca, Outlook 365, MS Office) to track and document operations.
Attend evening board meetings as required and provide professional guidance on association matters.
Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional education, including obtaining CMCA certification within 12‑18 months.
Qualifications of the Community Association Manager:
Prior experience in property management, community association management, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong emotional intelligence is required.
Ability to problem‑solve and make informed decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (Vantaca experience is a plus).
Knowledge of community association laws, regulations, and governance structures is beneficial.
CMCA certification or willingness to obtain within 12‑18 months.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings for board meetings.
