Job Description The
Senior Business Banker
is primarily responsible to facilitate a consistent experience providing Cash Flow Management advice to clients that originate from banking centers and other channels throughout the bank, including the contact center, email and other sources.
The Senior Business Banker will be responsible for driving Business Sales and Revenue growth in all branches within the BOKF Footprint during branch‑originated interactions. This will be accomplished by working to grow business deposits, loans and revenue through the retention and cross‑sell of business products and services to existing and prospective business customers through phone, video and online interactions.
The Senior Business Banker is both a producer and expert resource for the Branch Delivery Channel as well as serving as a mentor to other Virtual Business Experts as it pertains to business credit and addressing complex transactions.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
You will create and implement cash flow management plans for clients, meet with them to identify needs, and recommend banking solutions, including deposits, credit, treasury, merchant services, and partner products like consumer and wealth management referrals.
You will collaborate with banking center staff to boost business production and revenue, provide coaching and support for virtual business product referrals, and identify large business opportunities for referral to specialized managers.
You will assist branches with business development calls through phone or video.
You will build and maintain relationships with your assigned clients.
You will support the Team Lead in enhancing Branch Business Banking results by coaching the sales process, assisting with complex accounts, guiding less experienced team members, leading projects, and serving as a resource in marketing, business development, loan analysis, and servicing.
Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field and at least 8‑10 years of Small Business Banking experience. A minimum of 8‑10 years Financial Services experience with business banking sales or outside consultative business‑to‑business sales experience; OR 15+ years of equivalent work‑related experience.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Small Business Banking lending practices
Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Strong knowledge of Small Business Banking products, process and policies
Broad working knowledge of Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Merchant and Treasury Services
Demonstrated capacity to sell business products/services within the financial services industry to business clients
Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations
Excellent problem solving skills
Proficient PC skills including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
Proficient phone skills including knowledge of Cisco phone systems
Ability to partner and influence with advanced leadership skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Office - Occasional Travel
