Overview
The Senior Client Manager serves as the primary service lead for a portfolio of commercial clients, owning client satisfaction, risk strategy, and day-to-day account management.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate exposures; obtain, negotiate, and finalize carrier quotes
Analyze client risk and develop coverage recommendations and strategies
Prepare and submit carrier submissions; secure binding and review accuracy
Manage renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, and proofs of insurance
Maintain accurate policy and client data in EPIC
Draft client and carrier communications using standard templates
Coordinate documentation, activities, and workflows within EPIC
Qualifications
3+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty experience
Active state Property & Casualty insurance license
Proficient in EPIC, Excel, and MS Office
Strong client-facing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage complex accounts and provide strategic guidance
Education
High school diploma or equivalent experience
