Responsibilities What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Strengthening and expanding referral relationships with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists
Conducting consistent in-person referral visits throughout the Fredericksburg market
Planning and executing continuing education events and referral appreciation initiatives
Tracking referral trends, growth metrics, and market opportunities
Managing online reputation strategy and social media presence
Supporting internal marketing campaigns focused on implants and surgical services
Collaborating with doctors and leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Qualifications What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of dental marketing or dental business development experience
Strong understanding of oral surgery or specialty dental referral workflows
Proven ability to grow and maintain referral relationships
Confident, professional communicator with strong presentation skills
Organized, self-directed, and metrics-driven
Comfortable traveling locally for office visits and events
