Sales & Marketing Coordinator Denver, CO (In-Office – Local Candidates Only) $45,000 – $60,000 Base + Bonus Eligible
Founded nearly a decade ago and based in Denver, with a growing national footprint, we are a technology-enabled storage solutions provider helping businesses centralize and manage storage assets across the country. Powered by proprietary technology, we streamline the administrative complexity of managing multi-location storage portfolios, creating efficiency across operations, procurement, and sales teams. We are scaling quickly and building the infrastructure to support long-term growth.
Competitive Compensation: $45,000–$60,000 base + annual performance bonus eligibility
Monday–Friday Schedule
High-Impact Role: Direct exposure to Sales Leadership and Executive Team
Growth Opportunity: Help build and scale repeatable marketing and sales processes
Partner closely with sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Travel Opportunity: Event Planning, Trade Show & Industry Coordination
Manage exhibitor registrations, forms, deadlines, and compliance items
Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup timelines, onsite needs, and breakdown
Advertising Operations & Publication Management
Manage advertising schedules and publication deadlines
Track ad specifications, creative requirements, and placements
Coordinate creative handoffs and vendor communication
Marketing Content, Brand & PR Execution
Maintain company boilerplate language for press and marketing materials
Maintain centralized marketing and PR activity log
Sales Support & Enablement
Organize and update sales materials including one-pagers and pitch decks
Support lead handoff and CRM updates post-events
Maintain CRM hygiene related to marketing initiatives
Ensure sales team access to current enablement assets
General Marketing & Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership
Serve as operational continuity to move initiatives from planning to completion
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1+ year of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, trade show coordination, event planning, or advertising coordination
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Experience supporting marketing programs, trade shows, or advertising schedules
Comfortable using CRM systems and cloud-based collaboration tools
Willingness to travel domestically 5–10 times per year
Ability to work fully in-office in Denver Metro Area
