Overview As a Sales Management Trainee, you will learn to assess client needs, present and process insurance policies, manage underwriting, and develop a sales team. This trajectory supports rapid growth across our 175 nationwide locations.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial client interviews to determine needs and explain available insurance policy options.
Perform field underwriting with integrity and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
Arrange payment methods and follow up on claims filed by clients.
Process all insurance policy requests and maintain compliance.
Provide ongoing support and scheduled follow‑ups with clients.
Develop and support team members to hit agreed KPIs.
Become a subject‑matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
Recruit and train a team of insurance professionals following approved guidelines and training.
Maintain a competitive, fun, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Competitive drive with a winning mentality.
Exceptional work ethic, grit, and perseverance.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
Availability to start within 6 weeks.
Previous leadership experience is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation Salary: USD $50,000.00 – USD $100,000.00 per year. Compensation is customizable and discussed during onboarding.
