We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads Agents who require hand-holding at every step Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month) Uncoachable agents with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively communicate Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings. Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
