High-End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity
We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads Agents who require hand-holding at every step Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month) Uncoachable agents with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies (average over $250/month) Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA). We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, across the US. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we do offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
