Talent Acquisition Manager at Resource1, a Micro Strategies Inc company My client is looking for an RCM Sales Executive. This is a hybrid role based in Southlake, TX.

MUST have offshore experience.

This is a full-time role for an RCM Sales Executive located in Southlake, TX. The RCM Sales Executive will be responsible for selling healthcare revenue cycle management and prior authorization solutions to healthcare organizations. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building strong client relationships. The role involves working closely with the VP of Business Development to meet revenue targets and support company growth.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in healthcare RCM sales (at least two years)

Knowledge of revenue cycle management and prior authorization processes

Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and billing

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Self-motivated and target-driven

Strong organizational and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
