The Paid Ads Specialist manages digital advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across paid search and social platforms. Key responsibilities include: Planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. Conducting keyword research and audience targeting Monitoring budgets and adjusting bids for performance A/B testing ad creatives and landing pages Analyzing campaign data and reporting on ROI Requirements: 24+ years of paid media experience Google Ads and/or Meta certifications preferred Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics Experience managing campaign budgets Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models
