Responsibilities Input, update, and maintain data within databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries related to order processing, inventory, and client information Perform data collection and transcription tasks from various sources Manage office documentation including filing, organizing, and retrieving records as needed Assist with order entry and processing using office software tools Utilize pivot tables and other Excel functions to analyze data trends and generate reports Support administrative functions such as clerical tasks, data verification, and basic math calculations Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company data security protocols Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced spreadsheet functions Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed Experience working with databases and ERP systems for data management Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Basic math skills for data verification and calculations Prior office or clerical experience preferred, including familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills for clear documentation and reporting purposes This role requires a dedicated individual capable of managing large volumes of data while ensuring accuracy.
