Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support our amazing government contracts in security, health and human services, and state benefits. In DVS, communication and customer service are fundamentaland as part of our team, you will be the hero that improves the day of every person who calls! Start Date: April 6th 2026. Your first 2 weeks are training. What You Will Do Respond to incoming calls and be the friendly voice that brightens customers days. Resolve technical issues, helping customers navigate their equipment and open support tickets. Schedule appointments in assigned locations. Document each call in detail, including questions, complaints, and solutions. Make follow-up calls when necessary. Offer friendly, fast, and professional service. What You Need Ready to work remotely: High-speed internet, basic problem-solving skills, and a private workspace. Equipment: Computer and monitor provided by DVS, and USB wired headset provided by you. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); advanced education is a plus. Credentialization: Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process. Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and able to establish a good connection quickly. Schedule: Training from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Regular hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
