Our client is seeking a high-energy, relationship-focused Sales & Community Director to lead leasing, marketing, and overall operations for a 150-unit, market-rate 55+ independent senior living community (average resident age 70). This is not a traditional apartment leasing role — it’s a longer, consultative sales cycle that requires nurturing both prospective residents and their families through an important life decision.
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of sales experience (hospitality, senior living, or consultative sales preferred) and some leadership background. A true go-getter who is comfortable building referral pipelines with rehab centers, senior services, hospitals, and local community partners will excel here.
