Job Description SkillBridge Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in executing strategic campaigns and brand initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with senior marketing staff to coordinate projects, assist with campaign implementation, conduct market research, and ensure consistent brand messaging across various initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights
Support the development of marketing materials and presentations
Coordinate internal marketing projects and maintain organized documentation
Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reportsAssist with event coordination and outreach initiatives
Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Professional demeanor and collaborative attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general marketing tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
