New Vine Ministry is the English Ministry of Korean Community Presbyterian Church (KCPC) in Duluth, Georgia. We are a growing, multi-generational English-speaking congregation committed to walking together in the gospel to participate in God’s good work. As our ministry continues to grow in size, scope, and complexity, we are prayerfully seeking a pastor to join our team and help shepherd the next season of our church. Role Summary
The Executive Pastor will serve as a key leadership partner to the Lead Pastor by overseeing ministry operations, organizational systems, and leadership development, allowing the pastoral team to focus more fully on shepherding, preaching, and vision. Primary Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day ministry operations and administrative systems Help translate vision into clear structures, processes, and ministry plans Support, coordinate, and equip ministry leaders and volunteers Assist with budgeting, stewardship, and resource management in collaboration with church leadership Improve communication and alignment across ministry teams Lead strategic planning initiatives as the church grows Help develop leadership pipelines and ministry training pathways Provide pastoral care and leadership as needed Qualifications
A clear calling to pastoral leadership and church service Strong organizational, administrative, and leadership skills Experience in church leadership, ministry coordination, or operations preferred Ability to lead teams, manage systems, and think strategically Meets biblical qualifications for church leadership (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1) Strong character, teachability, and commitment to the local church Seminary training (MDiv preferred) or equivalent ministry experience Agreement with the theological convictions of Presbyterian/Reformed theology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to serve in a Korean-American church context while ministering primarily in English
