Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, elevate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, tech savvy (able to operate an iPad & smartphone), troubleshoot and is able to remain calm under pressure. This position is for a parking attendant in a parking garage in downtown Reno, Nevada. Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. Must be able to follow directions, be reliable, and have strong work ethic. Cash handling and balancing is a must. Starting Pay range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with processing parking ticket fees

Collect payment for parking fees

Check self‑serve pay machine for paper supply

Answer questions for the public on monthly parking membership

Assist customers in obtaining a ticket at the self‑serve kiosk

Keep work area clean, wipe counters, sweep booth floor, and clean windows in booth

Keep traffic entering and exiting the garage fluent and efficient

Qualifications

Cash handling experience

Previous experience working with the public desired, but willing to train the right candidate

Comfortable using iPads & smartphone

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of active listening techniques

Ability to work well under pressure

Highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
