What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers in both languages with professionalism and enthusiasm
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and follow‑ups
Explain features, financing options, and purchase steps clearly and confidently
Build lasting customer relationships and contribute to a positive dealership experience
Meet monthly sales goals and participate in ongoing training
Make outbound sales calls, texts, emails, and video in a high volume
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in Spanish and English
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers
Ability to work Saturdays and during peak dealership hours
Prior sales experience is a plus—but we will train the right person!
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
