My State Farm journey began in 2008 as a team member, and over the years I’ve gained valuable experience in leadership and developed a deep understanding of how the company operates. I’m passionate about sharing that knowledge with others, which is why I offer the aspirant program to team members who are interested in advancing their careers and potentially becoming agents themselves. Community involvement is an important part of what we do. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Libunao - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
