Property Restoration Estimator
We are a growing property restoration company specializing in water, fire, mold, and reconstruction services. This is an ideal opportunity for an estimator who wants stability, growth, and the chance to be part of a team rebuilding and scaling a strong operation. What You'll Do
Prepare accurate and compliant estimates using Xactimate (and Symbility when applicable) Estimate mitigation and reconstruction jobs for self-pay and insurance claims Submit estimates within carrier and program SLAs (typically 24 hours) Communicate with project managers, office staff, and adjusters Respond to revisions, supplements, and estimate questions Ensure proper documentation, photos, and line-item justifications What We're Looking For
Experience with restoration estimating (water, fire, mold, reconstruction) Proficiency in Xactimate (required) Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple estimates under deadlines Insurance program and carrier experience preferred IICRC certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain) Schedule & Growth
